Being a single mom in my first house, the worst, scariest experience was today. I had water literally pouring in the basement. I called every plumbing business in Salem and with today being a holiday I only got one that answered. The guy was so nice and professional. He took the time to listen and advise me on how to stop the water until someone came out. He also said he would try to get someone out sooner. The worker came sooner. He was very professional, respectful and thorough. We discussed the issues and he checked everything and even took the time to show me and explain and refer me to a septic person just to be sure since my issue involved the septic system. My mom has a home in Plaistow and A-List will definitely be servicing that home and I’m telling everyone else in my family about A-list. Also they’re 24 hours for emergencies. Thank you guys so much!
